Do you include appliances?
Yes. We provide a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and washer & dryer hookups.

What school districts are your properties located in?
Allison Lane is in North County.
03.
Are utilities included?
Water, sewer, & trash are included. You are responsible for paying for electric.
04.
Where do I pay rent?
We have drop boxes outside our office at 70 East School Street, Bonne Terre. Or you can pay your rent online.
05.
Can we pay online?
Yes. Just click the red PAY RENT button at the top of the page. You will create an account with us first, then you’ll be able to pay your rent online.

Can I see a unit before I commit to renting?
Fill out an application first. If you are approved, we will contact you & schedule a showing if/when we have a unit available.
07.
Do you allow pets?
Depending on the size and breed, we allow one pet. Your pet must be less than 30 pounds. There is also a $600.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit and an additional $25.00 per month pet fee. Proof of current vaccinations and flea and tick treatments are also required.
